Wakaf Perak Al Ridzuan, through the Wakaf Ilmu – MUMTAZ Program, successfully carried out a pilot project by organizing the UPSR Excellence Seminar 2016 from 29th to 31st July 2016 at Kampus Sultan Azlan Shah, UPSI.
This three-day, two-night program successfully gathered 121 selected students from among asnaf (underprivileged) children living in rural areas. The seminar received tremendous support, particularly from the Union of Malay Teachers of Peninsular Malaysia (KGMMB), the UPSI Alumni Association, and the Batang Padang District Headmasters Council.
Throughout the three days, participants were given guidance and exam-answering tips delivered by expert teachers.
The Closing Ceremony was officiated by Tuan Mohd Haidi Bin Sulaiman, Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Management) of MAIPk.
