CHERATING, 23 September 2025 –The Perak Islamic Religious Council and Malay Customs (MAIPk) conducted a courtesy visit and technical visit to Royale Chulan Resort, Cherating, Pahang.The visit was led by the Chief Executive Officer of MAIPk, Syamsul Hazeman bin Md Salleh, accompanied by senior officers from MAIPk and the Perak Islamic Economic Development Corporation (PSB).The delegation was warmly received by representatives of UAC Berhad, led by the General Manager of Government, Regulatory and Stakeholder Management, Mohd Najib bin Mohd Seth, together with Senior Project Executive, Ts. Mohd Saifuddin.The main objective of the visit was to gain insights into the concept and construction methods using Industrial Building System (IBS) technology, as well as to share experiences in project management as a reference for MAIPk’s future property development initiatives.MAIPk is optimistic that this visit will serve as a catalyst for strategic planning in strengthening its role as a driving agency for the development of waqf and baitulmal properties in the state of Perak.
