• The information submitted by donor is private and confidential. The information will not be disclosed to any third party except to the relevant State Islamic Religious Council (SIRC) as required by law. However, myWakaf Secretariat may reach the donor via the information provided to promote myWakaf activities.
• All information provided by the donor shall be considered as information that belongs to myWakaf.
• The donation shall be made solely for the benefit of the intended project and no profit will be given to the donor on the donation made.
• The minimum donation is RM10.00 and the maximum donation is RM30,000.00 for each transaction via myWakaf website.
• A service charge of RM0.50 cents will be imposed to the donor for each of the transaction made via myWakaf website. The service charge is imposed by PayNet and myWakaf Secretariat will not gain any profit from the donation.
